KingStrategy Privacy Policy
KingStrategy is an offline poker education and decision training app. It is designed to run locally on your device without a backend API, user account, advertising network, analytics SDK, or cloud synchronization service.
1. App Identity
This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application named KingStrategy, package name com.kingstrategy.analytics. The app provides local weakness analytics, decision drills, repair plans, and progress views for educational poker training.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
KingStrategy does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data with us or third parties. The app does not require registration and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, advertising identifier, payment information, or real-money gambling information.
The app does not include ads, third-party analytics, social login, payment processing, affiliate links, online gambling services, real-money betting, deposits, withdrawals, prizes, sweepstakes, or casino account features.
3. Local App Data
KingStrategy stores training information only on your device. This may include local practice attempts, selected answers, decision quality scores, content pack version references, active session status, review queue information, mastery indicators, reduce-motion preference, and local import/export state.
This local information is used only to provide app functionality, such as restoring your training session, ranking weak spots, generating repair plans, and showing progress trends. It is not uploaded to a server by KingStrategy.
4. Content Packs, Backup, and Import/Export
KingStrategy includes a bundled local training content pack. The app can verify a content pack checksum before replacing local training content. If you choose to import a content pack or backup file, Android's system document picker is used so you control which file is opened.
If you choose to export a backup, the app creates a local file through Android's document picker. Exported files remain under your control. If you later share an exported file with another app, website, person, or service, that sharing is initiated by you and is outside KingStrategy's control.
5. Permissions
KingStrategy is built as a local-first app and does not request Internet access. It does not request broad storage permissions, location permissions, camera permissions, microphone permissions, contacts permissions, SMS permissions, call log permissions, calendar permissions, or advertising identifier access.
The app may rely on Android system components, such as the document picker, when you intentionally import or export files. These system flows do not give KingStrategy broad access to your device storage.
6. Data Sharing and Sale
KingStrategy does not sell user data. Because the app does not transmit personal data to a backend service, advertising service, analytics provider, or other third-party service, KingStrategy does not share user data with third parties through normal app operation.
7. Data Security
Local training data is stored in the app's private storage area using Android platform storage mechanisms. Other apps normally cannot access this private app storage unless the device is modified, compromised, or the user explicitly exports a backup file. You can also clear app data through Android system settings.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Local training data remains on your device until you delete it, reset progress inside the app where available, uninstall the app, clear app storage using Android settings, or replace it through an import action that you intentionally start. Since KingStrategy does not operate user accounts or cloud storage, we do not maintain server-side user records to delete.
9. Children's Privacy
KingStrategy is intended for adult learners and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Educational and Real-Money Boundary
KingStrategy is an educational decision-training tool. It does not provide real-money gambling, betting, deposits, withdrawals, redeemable chips, prizes, odds feeds, live table assistance, screen scraping, or real-time advice for an active poker game. Training feedback is for personal study only and does not guarantee profit or real-world poker outcomes.
11. Changes to This Policy
If KingStrategy's data practices change, this Privacy Policy should be updated before the changed version is submitted to Google Play. The Google Play Data safety form and store listing should remain consistent with the app's actual behavior.
